SHIPPING POLICY
At Quiet Tiger, we work hard to get your order processed and on its way as quickly as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier, and product availability. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available, but they are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or supplier fulfillment. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking updates.
ORDER TRACKING
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information by email once your package has shipped. Please allow a short period of time for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Quiet Tiger is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Quiet Tiger is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local carrier and delivery location first.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at quiettiger.business@gmail.com with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We may offer shipping to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country.
