RETURN POLICY
At Quiet Tiger, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Because many of our products are intimate or personal-use items, returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons.
BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING BACK
All returns must be approved in advance. Do not send any item back without contacting us first at quiettiger.business@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- unused
- unopened
- in original packaging
- in resalable condition
FINAL SALE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, many intimate products, personal care items, opened products, sale items, gift cards, and certain other items are final sale and cannot be returned.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at quiettiger.business@gmail.com with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and help with the next step as quickly as possible.
MISSING ITEMS
If something is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If an exchange is approved, additional instructions will be provided.
